Coronavirus (COVID-19) Updates

Online school payments service

What's happening

We operate an online payment service to schools in East Ayrshire, allowing you to pay for trips, school meals, uniforms and much more, online via the ParentPay system.

COVID-19 changes

Due to COVID-19, no cash will be taken at school.  When you receive the letter which details your individual login and password you should register with Parent Pay.  Parents who do not have access to online facilities can pay through Paypoint facilities at local shops. Please contact the school direct if you wish to use the PayPoint facility.

The biometric catering system used to identify your child at the catering cash point, which operated in secondary and larger primary schools, has been temporarily replaced by another form of pupil identification.  We will issue details to parents shortly.

Cashless catering will be provided by Civica.

How to register with Parent Pay

If your child is starting school or moving to a new school, you will receive a letter from your registered school, detailing a unique login and password that allows you to register and activate your Parent Pay account

If you encounter any difficulties with registration for Parent Pay, please contact your school direct.
