Our wage incentives provide funding to create new jobs for unemployed East Ayrshire residents, helping people to develop their skills and move into sustained employment.
We can provide 50% of the National Minimum Wage up to a maximum of 35 hours per week for a period of up to six months. Funding for work place training and support could also be available.
