If you are a new tenant, a neighnourhood coach will visit you within six weeks of the start of your tenancy to see how you are settling in.
The visit is held to find out if you have any problems or issues that may need to be dealt with since you moved in. It's also an opportunity to make sure you know who to contact for information or help.
The neighbourhood coach will explain in more detail the information given to you when you signed your Tenancy Agreement and will offer advice to make sure that you don't break any of the conditions of the agreement. Alternatively you can view Tenancy Agreement Video for more information.
You will also be told about any local tenants' groups working in your area and how you can become involved in tenant participation.
