Applications received after the closing date will not be considered until the next scheduled Grants Committee.
Applications for £500 or less can be submitted at any time and will be reviewed under delegated authority.
All applications submitted before the 1 April 2026 meeting will be passed to an assessing officer, but please note:
- the current year's budget has already been fully used
- funding will reopen in the new financial year for the Grants Committee on 1 April 2026

It should be noted that failure to submit properly completed applications, along with all relevant core documentation to support the application, may also lead to a delay in the consideration of applications.
