An integral part of the Capital Programme is the contract management and administration and we provide the following:
- Monitoring and reporting arrangements for progress, environmental issues and costs
- Details of timescales, milestones, performance indicators or other targets to be achieved and how they will be assessed
- Details of any improvements required throughout the contract to deliver on time, cost, quality and performance
