Cinema licence

Under the terms of the Cinemas Act 1985, any public performance of a film exhibition requires to be licensed. All cinema premises require to be licensed by the local authority.

Cinema - annual - fixed by statute  £600
Cinema - annual - monthly (percentage of max fee) £200
Cinema - annual - transfer (percentage of max fee) £120
