Housing associations and co-operatives are Registered Social Landlords (RSL's).
These are non-profitable organisations that provide good quality housing for rent, low cost home ownership and shared ownership. These organisations sometimes build new housing or modernise old buildings to provide modern housing.
You can apply directly to these organisations for housing or contact your nearest neighbourhood housing office. The Council may have a nomination agreement with the RSL which entitles us to nominate an applicant from our waiting list when requested.
