This small scale development in Cumnock Town Centre has been designed with input from the Prince's Foundation for the Built Environment to develop a style that complements the nearby Knockroon development.
The site consists of ten two bedroom bungalows for older and ambulant disabled residents and one two bedroom wheelchair accessible bungalow.
