Our Universal Credit Support Team are here to help you with any aspect of Universal Credit (UC). We were formed to assist and support East Ayrshire residents in making and maintaining a UC claim.
We can help you with:

- education and employability and work with you to help manage your tenancy
- checking your entitlement
- checking if you’re on the right benefits
- checking to see if UC is right for you
- making a claim for UC
- navigating and understanding your Journal
- claiming an Advance Payment
- ensuring your rent is included in your UC claim
- your claimant commitment
- digital access and digital support
- reporting any changes in circumstance
- any questions you might have
We are a home visiting service but we can help over the phone and we can arrange video link. We will work around you, to suit your needs.
