East Ayrshire Sports Council administers a grant aid scheme to assist eligible sports clubs to develop their sport at all levels. The following grants are available:
- Starter grant for new clubs (£350)
- Coach education and development grant (up to 50% of the total cost)
- Sporting event grant (£350)
- Sports equipment grant (£500)
- Volunteer Lever Fund (Maximum grant allocated will be £1000 or 25% of the total costs of the work which is required - including in-kind support)
Only clubs affiliated to the East Ayrshire Sports Council can take advantage of grant aid support. A grant aid form is required to be completed to apply for any of the above grants or if you have any questions on any of these grants and their criteria contact the Sports Council secretary.
