Vibrant Communities English for speakers of other languages (ESOL) programme supports adults with little or no English so that they can acquire the language skills they need to participate fully in everyday life.

Vibrant Communities support ESOL learners in the community, resettled learners including unaccompanied asylum seeking children who have left school to progress through the four introductory English language levels:

  • Preparation for literacies
  • Introduction to beginners literacies 1 & 2
  • National 2

Vibrant Communities ESOL programmes focus on everyday language skills to support learners with living in a new country and to facilitate their independence by improving their English language skills.

For more information or to book a language level check with the ESOL Team, please contact Vibrant Communities Lifeskills and Inclusion Team.
