Annual performance report

Health and Social Care Partnerships are legally required to produce a Performance Report every year.

The Annual Performance Report is prepared in line with the Public Bodies (Joint Working) (Scotland) Act 2014 and subordinate Statutory Instruments and Scottish Government Guidance.  

The Annual Performance Report is published online prior to the end of July in line with agreement with Scottish Government, to satisfy publication requirements.

Health and care staffing annual compliance report

The Health and Care (Staffing) (Scotland) Act 2019 provides a statutory basis for the provision of appropriate staffing in health and care services, enabling safe and high quality care and improved outcomes for service users.
