Economic development
The Economic Development Service undertakes the ongoing review of the local and national economic context. From there, it develops the strategy within which the Council delivers targeted assistance to support the growth and development of economic activity in East Ayrshire.
This is achieved through the provision of advice and support to businesses and support to upskill our local residents ensuring they can meet the demands of the labour market.
