In April 2010 a new unit known as Housing Asset Services took over property maintenance for all Council housing in East Ayrshire, following an in-depth review across a number of services responsible for the maintenance and improvement of your homes.
The new unit brings together all of the functions associated with maintenance and improvement of your homes, with tradesmen and inspectors joining together for the first time.
Our aim is:
To provide our Council tenants with a quality repairs, maintenance and improvement service that demonstrates best value and constant improvement, is fully reactive to their needs, clearly prioritises and undertakes future property improvement and fully addresses the Council’s statutory obligations.
