You can visit the following hearing hubs to collect hearing aid batteries, receive practical help and advice (including signposting and onward referral) and have your NHS hearing aid serviced free of charge.

- Hurlford: Hurlford Community Centre (third wednesday of each month, 1pm to 4pm)
- Kilmarnock: 5 High Glencairn Street, Kilmarnock (five days per week, open to all Ayrshire residents)
- Galston: Galston Library, 24 Henrietta Street, Galston (third Thursday of each month, 2pm to 4pm)
North Ayrshire
- Largs: Largs Library, Allanpark Street, Largs (second Tuesday of each month, 10am to 1pm)
- Arran: Heather Lodge, Brodick (third Tuesday of each month, 11am to 1pm)
- Saltcoats: Library (second Monday of each month, 10am to 1pm)
