On 15 May 2024, Cabinet approved the East Ayrshire Development Plan Scheme 2024 (PDF 564 KB), subject to consultation on the Participation Statement.
The consultation was carried out from 24 May 2024 until 21 June 2024.
The finalised Development Plan Scheme 2024 sets out the timetable for the preparation of Local Development Plan 3 (LDP3). It will be reviewed, updated and published annually, to keep everyone updated on progress with the Plan.
