Job PurposeProvide a reception service for the Opera House and administrative support to the Planning & Building Standards Operations. Provide a customer care role, including signposting where required, both in terms of telephony and reception provision.

JOB DETAILSThis is a Permanent Full Time post, the admin base is the Opera House, 8 John Finnie Street, Kilmarnock.
Normal Office Hours are Monday - Thursday 9.00am - 5.00pm Friday 9.00am - 4.00pm
Annual Salary is £22,914 - £24,115 Pay Award Pending for 2023/2024
The workstyle for this post is Fixed - 80-100% of your time at a single office base or work location. You will work at your administrative base or another agreed office location between 4 and 5 days per week.
