Job Purpose
Contribute to the effective provision, delivery and management of the monitoring and implementation of the statutory regulations and legislation related to road and bridge design, bridge inspections, assessments and maintenance projects and flood mitigation measures in order to assist with the promotion, delivery and integration of the Council’s key objectives; specifically in relation to the Community Plan, Shared Commitments, Single Outcome Agreement and Best Value.
Requirements

This is a permanent full time post. The admin base for this post is The Opera House, 8 John Finnie Street, Kilmarnock.
Normal Office hours are 9am - 5pm Monday - Thursday & 9am - 4pm Friday.
Annual Salary £43,553 - £47,629
The workstyle for this post is ‘Flexible’ - 50-79% of time is office based. Able to work at different/ multiple work locations. Occasionally works at home, or another location 1-2 days per week, or directly home to external appointments.
