Where an area within the boundaries of East Ayrshire has been identified for regeneration, owners or tenants whose homes will be demolished as a result will be eligible for priority rehousing and placed on the Strategic Needs Group under the Council's Allocations Policy.
Local housing employees will make contact with anyone affected and arrange to complete the required housing application forms.
The applicant will, where possible, be allocated a property equivalent to that which was demolished.
