Proposal
As part of planning application 21/0578/PP, the development of 16 residential units, it is necessary to permanently stop up the footpath between Kilmarnock Road and Netherplace, Mauchline. A permanent alternative route will be put in place.

As per legislation, the Order will be formally advertised in the Cumnock Chronicle on 27 July 2022. A period of 28 days for objections to the Order will end on 24 August 2022.

Objections should state the:

- matters to which the objections relate and the grounds on which they are made
