Applications for the school year starting in August 2026 will open on Tuesday 12 May 2026.
What you need to apply
Before you apply you will need:
- a valid email address
- your National Insurance number
- your bank account details
If you have already applied for the 2026–2027 academic year, you will still need to submit a new application when the application form opens on 12 May 2026.
Evidence you must provide
To confirm your bank account details, you will need to upload a bank account statement dated within the last three months.
If you receive support under 'Part VI of the Immigration and Asylum Act 1999', you must also upload:
- a photo of your valid Application Registration Card (ARC) issued by the Home Office
- evidence confirming your tenancy agreement
- evidence showing your family household details
