All employees are given the opportunity to complete an exit interview when their employment ends with East Ayrshire Council, this is not mandatory and does not affect future employment.
Measures have been put in place for any disadvantaged employees to complete the survey through different methods, i.e online, paper copy, or in person from their line manager or HR representative.
