The paper being issued to the newly formed Executive Committee for review and decision, is to seek agreement on the continued payment of transport suppliers during this unprecedented and extremely difficult financial time. While transport is provided for children, elderly and some disabled and vulnerable members of the community the agreement of this report will help support these groups.
