Human Resources provides a comprehensive service which ensures that we meet our statutory obligations as an employer and support and develop our employees to perform their roles.
We develop our employees in line with the Workforce Planning Strategy in order to meet future requirements.
The service consists of three sections:

We handle all media enquiries and promote the work of the Council and its services through print and broadcast media.

We support services with copywriting, event management, sponsorship, photography and video production.

We design and manage the production of all printed and online communications and promotional materials.
