When does my SHOUT card expire?
You can use your SHOUT card up until you leave Primary 7. This includes the whole of the summer holidays afterwards. It will expire on 31 August of that year.
What age do you have to be to get a SHOUT card?
From birth to age 11 years.
What do I do if I lose my card?
If you lose your card and require a replacement, please email us at shout@east-ayrshire.gov.uk and we will let you know the next steps. Please be aware that there is a small charge for a replacement card of £2.85.
How long will it take for my card to be delivered?
Your SHOUT card may take up to 8 weeks due to the amount of requests that we receive.
