Neighbourhood coaches undertake the management of Council housing estates to ensure that tenants comply with their tenancy agreement and more specific issues like garden maintenance.
Regular checks also take place to ensure that common areas are maintained and to check:
- grass cutting
- removal of weeds
- removal of litter
- graffiti or other forms of vandalism
The overall aim is to ensure that all areas are pleasing to the eye and are kept in a clean and tidy condition to retain existing tenants and attract prospective tenants and owners alike.
If you notice a problem with maintenance in your estate please contact your neighbourhood housing team.
