Rationale for decision

The Reports are an update on the previously submitted cabinet reports on November 2016, November 2017, November 2018 and November 2019 Given that sites and areas that are included in the updated reports fall within areas that were assessed in terms of equality as part of the aforementioned submissions, there are no protected characteristic groups who have not been assessed. Through a series of meetings and ongoing assessment of equality impacts if any, It is therefore been assessed that the report updates are deemed to be a true reflection in terms of levels of impacts.
