There are no changes proposed to inclusion/exclusion criteria for the relevant services referred to in the Commissioning Arrangements 2026-27 report. Providers are required to ensure equality of access and provide relevant learning and development. Support commissioned via the Commissioning Arrangements 2026-27 report aim to promote independence and inclusion, specifically the installation of handrails, support for people with dementia, supported accommodation, support for unpaid carers, justice social work unpaid work. Mitigation of potential adverse impact through alternative digital and manual signposting and opportunities for support and voice will be provided regarding digital platforms where these contracts are ending. On balance, the proposal related to commissioning arrangements for 2026/27 do not require a full EQIA, however the changes associated with family wellbeing will require a full EQIA in their own right, with further work to follow on this.
