The HNDA is a research report which in turn is meant to provide an evidence base for the production of the Local Housing Strategy (LHS) and the Local Development Plan (LDP). The LHS & LDP detail the appropriate policy interventions based on the key issues and information presented within the HNDA. Any impact on equality groups would be a result of the actions presented within our LHS and LDP, which will both have an EIA.
