Rationale for decision

This is a Cabinet Paper containing 23 recommendations, which will be applied to all groups of employees within Housing and Communities in the same way. There will be no negative impacts on any of the 9 protected characteristics, with positive impacts for young people and wider communities, in particular, those with mental and physical health problems, those in poverty and seeking to reduce social isolation and loneliness across the demographic.
