The Maternity and Shared Parental Leave Policy outlines the arrangements East Ayrshire Council has made to meet it`s statutory obligations in regard to Maternity, Adoption and Shared Parental Leave. This provisions of this policy will be applied equally to all Council employees regardless of whether or not they have a protected characteristic.
