This paper is being presented to Council on 17th December 2019 and recommends options to improve bus services across East Ayrshire, which will accessible to all members in our communities, regardless of background or equality characteristic. If approved by Council changes will bring benefits to members of our community that may not be able to access bus services that will have improved outcomes as a benefit of delivering a Council led approach to improving bus services.
