Rationale for decision

The parking proposals are designed to introduce equitable parking charges out with Kilmarnock which make best use of Council facilities.

Any additional revenues will be used to help support general Roads functions.

Charges applied universally and they do not target specific groups.

Blue badge holders will be exempt from charges.
