The current 15-year lease with JC Decaux is finished - APC at Foregate has already been removed in preparation for a multi-storey car park demolition. Mauchline APC could be closed. This is not a statutory service required by the authority to provide.

It is likely that if we renew the lease, it will cost more annually than currently budgeted and therefore become budget pressure.
