The preparation and submission of the Annual Return on the Charter and Annual Performance Report to Tenants will have a positive impact on low income, low wealth and material deprivation through the contribution made by the provision of good quality and energy efficient Council housing on local economies, promoting vibrant town centres and communities. The purpose and content of the report and also the submissions to the Scottish Housing Regulator in relation to annual returns on the Scottish Social Housing Charter are performance based.
