Rationale for decision

The report is being presented to the Integration Joint Board to consider options for taking forward the Outwith Placement Screening Group. Once the Integration Joint Board agree options for consideration, a full equalities impact assessment and children`s rights impact assessment will be completed. Further financial analysis and engagement with our partners will be required.
