The negotiated contract is a like for like contract which has been in place since 2014 and service provision doesn`t change or has any amendments. As such the impacts would be classed as low. The service is specifically for young people aged 16-25 experiencing homelessness and does not discriminate against any protected characteristics in this age group. The Housing First element of the contract is part of the prevention strategies as set out in the Rapid Rehousing Transition Plan 2019-2024 and as such has been subject to full EQIA in the years 2019-2023.
