Following appointment of the new maintenance contractor review the General repair criteria to target essential works and work with internal FM teams to identifying where further works can be delivered more effectively
Overall budget of £3m. This saving will be achieved by removing £0.100m from CRA budgets and doing less cyclical and planned maintenance. This may impact on reactive maintenance in future years
