As part of the 2024/25 savings options exercise, a proposal to reduce recurring budget for bottled water (£29,2100 with an annual rental of units is circa £13.5k per annum. Propose to save £9k from annual budget.
The impact of people is considered low as - Employees have access to mains fed tap water which is available within Council premises, Employees will still have access to water from the water cooler devices installed at various locations across Council premises and Employees can bring their own refreshments to work
