Rationale for decision

The initial assessments previously undertaken continue to be applicable in terms of impacts on protected characteristics. This review concludes the impacts are low. Given the groups fall within areas that were assessed in terms of equalities, there are no protected characteristic groups who were not originally assessed. It has therefore been considered the report updates are deemed to be a true reflection in terms of levels of impacts.
