The 2023/24 budget saving for the Corporate Support Service- Business Assistant relates to the deletion of a post previously aligned to Depute Chief Executive (Economy & Skills). The position of Depute Chief Executive (Economy and Skills) was removed as part of the Council`s Management Review in 2021/22 and the post in the Corporate Support Service is currently vacant and deemed non-essential.
