Digital Tenancy Services provides tenants with online access to their tenancy details, allowing them to check balances, pay bills and manage aspects of their tenancy online.

No current services or communications routes are being replaced or modified as a result of the new system. Tenants can continue to use these if they prefer, and will receive the same service whether requests or queries are made by phone, email, letter, face to face, or submitted via the new portal.

As a web application, the DTS portal is designed with accessibility standards and WCAG2.1 in mind, subject to the issues identified in the accessibility statement.
