The purpose of this survey is to provide employees who are leaving The Leisure Trust with an opportunity to comment on the following areas:
• Reasons for leaving The Leisure Trust;
• Pay & benefits provided by The Leisure Trust;
• Facilities & services provided by The Leisure Trust;
• Information about their job within The Leisure Trust.
The information you provide, will be of benefit to The Leisure Trust in its objective to maintain and/or obtain feedback on existing employment policies and practices. In addition it will enable The Leisure Trust to gather information on suggestions to improve service delivery.
