East Ayrshire Works is part of East Ayrshire Council’s Economic Development Department. Our aim is to support unemployed people in East Ayrshire to progress into sustainable employment and those who already have jobs to maximise their careers, increasing their learning and earning potential through:

Our Job Brokerage service helps employers with recruitment, workforce development, training, and access to funding support opportunities. A work coach works with employers and employees to see them through their  recruitment, training and development journey.
