To lead on the design and delivery of sustainable innovation and service redesign programmes in line with the HSCP’s Strategic Plan 2021-30, assisting with the promotion, delivery and integration of key strategic outcomes.
Requirements
The duties of this post requires the successful applicant to complete a basic Disclosure Scotland application. A formal offer of employment with East Ayrshire Council will only be made once satisfactory clearance has been received. Any information that is disclosed on a basic disclosure will require to be discussed before a formal offer of employment is made.

The post is temporary until 01/08/2025.
Work Pattern - Mon-Thur 9am-5pm, Fri - 9am-4pm
Annual Salary - £53,617 - £57,749
Pay Award pending for 2023/24
The workstyle for this post is ‘Mobile’ - 20-49% of your time in an office or other work location.
You will work at your administrative base or another agreed office location between 1 to 2.5 days per week and the remainder of the week at home or other work locations as required.
The admin base for this post is The Johnnie Walker Bond, Kilmarnock.
