Parking charge notices
When lockdown was announced on Monday 23 March 2020, all outstanding Penalty Charge Notices (PCNs) were placed on hold. The Parking Service is now returning to normal and notice processing procedures will restart on Monday 29 June 2020.
We appreciate that due to the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic many people may be under financial pressure. In recognition we are putting in place temporary special arrangements for anyone struggling to pay the outstanding balance on any PCN issued prior to Monday 23 March.
