What is the survey about?

The East Ayrshire Violence Against Women Partnership wants to understand the strength of feeling about the safety of women and girls in East Ayrshire.

This survey will focus on views of women and girls aged over 16, looking at their perceptions of personal safety in East Ayrshire and ideas on ways to make communities safer for women and girls.

All of the information you provide will be kept entirely confidential and will never be traced back to you as an individual. It will be used for statistical and research purposes only and will be stored securely. If there are any questions you do not wish to answer, please just move on to the next question.

Closing date

The survey will close on 31 December 2021.

We understand that thinking about what makes you feel safe or unsafe might bring back some difficult memories or feelings. We also know how hidden much of this abuse can be; how often it goes unreported and how it can be difficult to recover without support.
