Proposal
As part of the Planning Application 07/0745/FL, the extension of mineral workings at the former opencast coal site at Greenburn, it is necessary to stop up the internal roads leading from Wellhill Farm to Dalgig.
This Order is in retrospect. The restoration scheme for Greenburn has now been completed and as a result of the restoration works, these roads require to be formally stopped up by Order. All physical works on site are now complete.

As per legislation, the Order will be formally advertised in the Cumnock Chronicle on 10 March 2021. A period of 30 days for objections to the Order will end on 14 April 2021.
