Proposal

Council tenants in East Ayrshire are being encouraged to have their say on a proposed new rent structure, which aims to make rent fairer and easier to understand.

A new rent model has been proposed by a working group of Council tenants, members of the East Ayrshire Tenant and Residents Federation (EATRF) and Council officers, supported by an independent tenant advisor.
