Consultation on the Main Issues Report plays a key part in shaping Local Development Plan 2 which will, in time, replace both the existing East Ayrshire Local Development Plan 2017 and the East Ayrshire Minerals Local Development Plan 2020.
Our Local Development Plan 2 will set out the strategy and policies which will guide development to the most appropriate places and will play a key role in determining planning applications.
